Biography	Emiliano Rabinovich, CFA, is a Managing Director at SSGA and a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Global quity Beta Solutions Group. Mr. Rabinovich currently manages both traditional indexing and a variety of alternative beta mandates, local and global strategies and fund structures, which include separate accounts, com- mingled funds, mutual funds and ETFs. Mr. Rabinovich joined SSGA in Montreal in 2006.

Biography	Jean-François is a Vice President and Head of the Global Structured Products Group for State Street Global Advisors. He is in charge of a team of portfolio managers who are responsible for managing passive international and North American equity and synthetic index funds. Previously, Jean-François was a portfolio manager with the Global Structured Products Group; and preceding this, he worked with the Investment Accounting Team as a team leader. He joined the firm in 1998.
