Biography Victoria Fernandez joined Crossmark in July 2012 and serves as the Chief Market Strategist. As an active member of her community, Victoria has served on the boards of local non-profit organizations and religious institutions. She stay busy supporting her two children in their athletic and academic pursuits, along with volunteering in National Charity League, a mother-daughter volunteer organization, and Literacy Strong, a non-profit developed by her daughter to fight illiteracy in Houston. Victoria currently resides in Houston, Texas and when not in the office, she enjoys walking her Labradoodle and diving into a good book.

Biography Claude Cody began his investment career in 1976 as a securities analyst for American General Insurance Company in Houston. Later he was promoted to portfolio manager in the equity department. After American General, Mr. Cody managed fixed income and equity portfolios for a variety of financial institutions that included pension funds, savings institutions, insurance companies and mutual funds. He was also a Senior Portfolio Manager at AIM Management and was responsible for the AIM Balanced Fund. Mr. Cody has lectured at Boston University, Rice University and the University of Houston.

Biography Mr. Jaroski began his career in 1969 and has began to engage in fixed income in the financial services industry since 1972. Mr. Cody’s primary function is performing research. Biography Howard Potter joined Roosevelt in 2011 as a Senior Fixed Income Portfolio Manager. Prior to Roosevelt, Mr. Potter was an Executive Vice President and Senior Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at Capstone Asset Management Company. Before joining Capstone, Mr. Potter founded New Castle Advisers, Inc. managing two sub-advised fixed income mutual funds. New Castle merged with Capstone in 1995. Mr. Potter earned his BA from the University of Wisconsin and an MA from Northwestern University.
