Biography	Graduated in Economics and Management from LUISS University in Rome, Marco Midulla later earned a Master’s degree in Finance. Biography	Aldo Martinale holds a degree in Economics from the University of Turin. He began his career in the independent financial advisory sector as a Fundamental Analyst, focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises, where he developed significant expertise in company valuation. In 2007, he joined Banca Intermobiliare, first as Head of Research and Analysis and later as Head of the Wealth Management Division. In 2017, he joined Symphonia SGR as a manager in the balanced funds and customized portfolio segment. Since 2020, he has taken on a coordination role within the asset management division and has focused his management activity on the equity segment, particularly mid- and small-cap stocks. As of September 2024, he is Senior Portfolio Manager at Symphonia SGR with a particular focus on Italian Equity.

Biography	Luca Boffa graduated in Economics from the University of Turin. He began his career analyzing financial sector balance sheets and obtained the CFA charter. Since 2000, he has contributed to and later managed long-only equity mandates focused on emerging markets and developed Asia for Allianz, BPM Gestioni, Anima, and Symphonia SGR. Since 2018, he has been responsible at Symphonia SGR for the flexible equity fund Electric Vehicles Revolution, the first thematic fund dedicated to the future of mobility. In 2021, he launched Artificial Intelligence for Symphonia SGR, a thematic equity fund dedicated to artificial intelligence, robotics, and quantum computing.
