Rowe Price Associates, Inc. Mr. Karpers has 17 years of investment experience, all of which have been at T. Rowe Price. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price in 1994, Mr. Karpers was an analyst with the Vanguard Group in Malvern, Pennsylvania. Mr. Karpers earned a B.S. in finance from LaSalle University and an M.B.A. with concentrations in finance and information systems from the Stern School of Business at New York University. Reynolds is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder, a Chartered Investment Counselor
