He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. He earned a B.A. in economics from Johns Hopkins University, an M.A. in economics from the University of Chicago, and an M.B.A. in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Biography	Mr. Ellenbogen has been chairman of the committee since 2010. He joined T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. in 2001 and his investment experience dates from 1996. He also has served as a portfolio manager.

Biography	Laporte is a managing director with T. Rowe Price, his employer since 1976. He joined the company as a research analyst, and was director of research from 1982 to 1987 before assuming his present position. Previously, he spent seven years as a research analyst with Pershing & Company. Laporte is a past president of the Baltimore Society of Security Analysts. Laporte holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
