Prior to 2008, he was co-founder and Partner of Rockledge Partners, and Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for Lockheed Martin Investment Management Company. Mr. Hendon received a BA degree from Georgetown University (1973), an MBA from George Washington University (1976) and holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst.

Biography	Robert E. Torray is the Founder and Chairman. Mr. Torray founded Robert E. Torray & Co. in 1972 and the Torray Corporation in 1990. Mr. Torray was also President of The Torray Corporation, a mutual fund manager that he founded in 1990, and the Chairman of Robert E. Torray & Co. Inc., a manager of large institutional portfolios that he founded on May 1, 1972. Previously, he was vice president and manager of the pension fund management division of Eastman Dillon, Union Securities. Torray is the past director of Sub Sea International Corporation, The Liberty Bank of Oklahoma, Chartered Federal Savings Bank, and The U.S. Satellite Broadcasting Company, Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Biography	Mr. Fialco joined Torray in 1997. He is a senior member of the investment team with responsibilities including investment research and portfolio management. Fialco joined Mr. Torray as co-manager of the firm’s portfolios in November 2007. Over his years with the firm, he has had roles in securities trading, investment research, performance analysis, regulatory and guideline compliance and proxy voting. Fialco received his BA in Economics and Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont in 1995.

Biography	Eby is executive vice president and portfolio manager of the Torray Corporation. He has been with the organization since 1992. Prior to that, he was a portfolio manager and research analyst for Thomson Advisory Group.
