He has worked in investment management since 2001, has been with RS Investments since 2007, has managed investment portfolios since 2014, and has been with Victory Capital since 2016. Before joining RS Investments, he was a research associate at TIAA-CREF for three years, where he focused on global portfolio management and the health care sector. Prior to that, he was a research assistant at Dresdner RCM Global Investors for three years. Chris holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Virginia. Chris is a CFA Charterholder.

Biography	Stephen J. Bishop has been a member of the RS Growth team since 1996 and has been with Victory Capital Management Inc. since 2016. Mr. Bishop has been a co-portfolio manager and analyst of Victory RS Mid Cap Growth Fund (including its predecessor fund) since 2008, Victory RS Small Cap Equity Fund (including its predecessor fund) since 2009. From 1996 to 2016, Mr. Bishop was a research analyst primarily covering the technology sector with RS Investment Management Co. LLC, which was acquired by the Adviser in 2016. Prior to joining RS Investments, he worked as an analyst in the corporate finance department of Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc., for two years.

Biography	Jim Callinan graduated from Harvard College (B.A. Economics), New York University (M.S. Accounting) and Harvard Business School (M.B.A.). Mr. Callinan holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Mr. James L. Callinan serves as Vice President and Portfolio Manager for the Adviser and Osterweis Capital Management, Inc. (an affiliate of the Adviser).Prior to joining Osterweis Capital Management in 2016, Mr. Callinan was the CEO of Callinan Asset Management and Portfolio Manager of the Emerging Growth Partners, LP. Before that, he was Co-Founder & Chief Investment Officer at RS Investments and founded the RS Concentrated Small Cap Growth investment strategy. He also co-founded the RS Growth Group LLC at Robertson Stephens Investment Management in 1996 and managed the RS Emerging Growth Fund from 1996 until 2010. He began his career at Putnam Investments as an equity research analyst in 1987 and served as portfolio manager for the Putnam OTC Emerging Growth Fund from 1994 to 1996. Mr. Callinan is a Board and Finance committee member of the Bay Area Make-A-Wish Foundation, a member of the Jumpstart Northern California Advisory Board, the Weatherbie Capital Advisory Board, the President’s Committee on Communication for Harvard University, the Pacific Union Club Investment Committee and the Friends of Harvard Football Board. Mr. Callinan is a Portfolio Manager for the Emerging Opportunity strategy.

Previously, he served as a portfolio manager with Robertson Stephens Investment Management Company beginning in 1995. From 1989 to 1995, he was an investment officer and financial manager with USL Capital. From 1987 to 1989, he was president and founder of Bay Area Optical Laboratory.

Prior to founding the firm in March 1999, he served as a portfolio manager with Robertson, Stephens Investment Management Company from 1992 to 1999. Previously, he spent two years as an investment analyst at Water Street Capital and four years as a technology analyst at Montgomery Securities.

Biography	Baker is a portfolio manager with RS Investment Management, joining the firm and its affiliates in 1995. Previously, she served as an analyst at Cowen & Company. She also has previous brokerage analyst experience at J.P. Morgan Securities and industry experience at IBM as an analyst on software acquisitions. Baker holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
