Biography	Schwarzkopf is a portfolio manager with Kayne Anderson Investment Management, his employer since 1991. Before joining Kayne, he was a member of the Investment Policy Committee at the Pilgrim Group of Mutual Funds and portfolio manager for Pilgrim Regional Bankshares. Schwarzkopf has approximately 25 years of investment industry experience. Schwarzkopf holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biography	Gleason is a portfolio manager with Kayne Anderson Investment Management, her employer since 1993. Prior to joining the firm, she was a senior consultant for Peterson Consulting.
