Biography Brad Halverson is co-portfolio manager of the small cap growth product suite of mutual funds and institutional accounts. He was named co-portfolio manager of the product suite in 2016. Mr. Halverson joined the organization in 2008 as an equity investment analyst on the Small Cap Growth team. He was appointed assistant vice president in 2013 and vice president in 2015. He was named assistant portfolio manager of small cap growth institutional accounts, serving in the role from 2014 to 2016. He was appointed senior vice president in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Halverson was associated with Northpointe Capital as an equity analyst responsible for researching growth stocks across micro, small, and mid cap portfolios. He was affiliated with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in positions of increasing responsibility from 1995 through 2000, culminating as a manager in business advisory services. Mr. Halverson graduated from Brigham Young University in 1995 with a BS and MS in Accounting. He earned an MBA with an emphasis in Finance and Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan in 2002. Mr. Halverson is a CFA charterholder. He is a member of the CFA Institute. He is a former Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Biography Kenneth G. McQuade was named co portfolio manager of the small cap growth product suit in 2016. He was sole portfolio manager of Ivy VIP Small Growth from 2016 to 2016. Mr. McQuade joined Waddell & Reed in 1997 as an investment analyst. He was an assistant portfolio manager of separately managed small cap accounts from August 2003 until March 2010. Mr. McQuade is Senior Vice President of WRIMCO and IICO and Vice President of the Trust. He earned a BS degree in finance from Bradley University.

Biography Mr. Miller joined Ivy Investment Management Company and Waddell & Reed Investment Management Company in 2008 and has served as the portfolio manager for investment companies managed by WRIMCO or IICO since March 2008. He is Senior Vice President of WRIMCO and IICO. Previous serving as the primary portfolio manager of the Invesco from December 1993 through mid-2004, as the Chief Investment Officer of Invesco Funds Group, Inc. from July 2000 until July 2003, and as the Chief Investment Officer of the Denver Investment Center of Invesco North America from July 2003 until 2004.

Biography Gilbert C. Scott, A Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Waddell & Reed, Mr. Scott is responsible for the day-to-day management of a portion of the Small Cap Growth Equity Fund. Mr. Scott is lead portfolio manager of small cap growth institutional accounts for Waddell & Reed. He joined Waddell & Reed in 1997 as an investment analyst. Prior to joining Waddell & Reed, Mr. Scott was affiliated with Hallmark Cards as a project manager in Strategy/Marketing Finance. Gil earned a BBA, Finance from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from the University of Texas.

Biography Mr. Sarris, CFA, joined Chiron as Portfolio Manager in 2015. Previously, Mr. Sarris served as a portfolio manager at Kornitzer Capital Management from 2003--2013. From 2013-2015, Mr.Sarris managed his personal portfolio. Mr. Sarris has been an investment professional since 1991. Prior to joining KCM, he was a senior vice president and portfolio manager with Waddell & Reed Investment Management Company. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin.
Mark G. Seferovich Senior Vice President 1999 2002
Biography Seferovich joined Waddell & Reed Investment Management Company in February 1989 and is currently senior vice president and equity portfolio manager. He is also a member of the company's common stock policy committee. Previously, he worked for Security Management Company as a portfolio manager. Prior to that, he served as a security analyst and portfolio manager with Reimer & Koger Associates from 1974 to 1981. Seferovich holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
