Biography Mr. Barnard joined Westwood in 2020 and serves as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager. Mr. Barnard manages a wide variety of investment mandates with a focus on corporate credit, municipal, U.S. Treasury and U.S. Agency bonds for Institutional and Private Wealth clients. Prior to joining Westwood, Mr. Barnard was an Associate Portfolio Manager at Amundi Pioneer in Boston. Mr. Barnard helped design, launch and manage numerous customized investment solutions for both institutional and retail clients during his time at Amundi Pioneer. During his 14-year tenure, he also co-created a risk management solution that was utilized across the entire firm for all fixed income portfolios. Mr. Barnard is a CFA charterholder and graduated with a BS in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Biography Mr. Adatia joined Westwood in 2018 and serves as a Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager on the firm’s Flexible Income team where he is responsible for a portfolio of high-yield debt and income-oriented investments. Before joining Westwood, Mr. Adatia worked at Oaklawn Investments as a Managing Director and was responsible for researching, identifying and investing in a variety of credit products including bank loans, bonds and asset-backed securities. Prior to that, he worked for Archview Investment Group as a Senior Investment Analyst on the distressed credit team. Mr. Adatia began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Citigroup in the Global Communications Group and subsequently joined Citi’s Global Special Situations Group where he focused on public market debt and equity investments. Mr. Adatia earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business. In addition, Mr. Adatia has served as an Adjunct Instructor at Columbia University in New York City.
P. Adrian Helfert - 2019 Now
Biography Adrian Helfert, Senior Vice President is Chief Investment Officer, Multi-Asset Portfolios at Westwood. Having originally joined Westwood in 2019, Mr. Helfert oversees multiple strategies with portfolio management and leadership responsibilities across the Multi-Asset continuum, including our flagship, Income Opportunity. Throughout his career, Mr. Helfert has developed a strong track record working on collaborative, global teams. Prior Westwood, Mr. Helfert served as Managing Director and Senior Multi-Asset Portfolio Manager at Amundi Smith Breeden in London, where he was responsible for Global Fixed Income strategies. During his 13-year Amundi tenure, he also was an investment team leader on absolute return, unconstrained and total return portfolios across multiple asset classes including equity and fixed income across multiple asset classes including equity and fixed income. Before joining Amundi, Mr. Helfert worked at Royal Bank of Scotland and JPMorgan's Asset Management Group. Mr. Helfert earned his MBA from Duke University and his BA in physics from the University of Virginia, where he was awarded a fellowship for his work in Solid State Physics. He also served in the U.S. Navy / Marine Corps as a Combat Medic.

Biography Brendan Ryan, CFA, is a Partner of Beaumont Capital Management, a position held since January 2020. Brendan helps lead the firm’s investment activities with a focus on fundamental analysis. He contributes to ongoing market research, product enhancement and development, as well as thought leadership. Additionally, as a Partner of the firm, Brendan assists in overseeing all business, finance, and distribution activities of BCM. He serves on the BCM investment committee and is additionally responsible for assisting with trading of the BCM strategies and operational support. Prior to that, he worked in Beaumont Financial Partners, LLC’s wealth management division, where he focused primarily on fundamental equity research from 2012 to 2018. He worked for Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. after receiving his B.A. in Economics from Boston College. Mr. Ryan’s primary role is Portfolio Manager for the firm's strategies, with a focus on fundamental analysis. He serves on the firm's investment committee and is additionally responsible for assisting with trading of the BCM strategies, operational support and special projects as needed. Biography David W. Kinsley, CFA, is a Principal, Head of Investing and a Senior Portfolio Manager. He is responsible for portfolio management, research & trading processes with specific responsibility for management of dedicated responsible-focused short duration funds and benchmarked short duration mandates. He previously was Co-Head of US Investing at AXA Investment Managers where he was instrumental in designing customized regional solutions for a global insurance company clientele, and was lead PM for a Custom Credit negative basis strategy that grew to >$15bn. Mr. Kinsley’s career includes co-founder and CFO of BookCentral International, an online textbook arbitrage enterprise, and analyst in the Consumer Retail group at Lehman Brothers. He holds a BA from Williams College.

Biography Anne C. Yobage, CFA, is a Director and senior portfolio manager. Ms. Yobage has specific responsibility for Short Duration High Yield mandates. Prior to co-founding SKY Harbor in 2011, Ms. Yobage was Co-Head of US High Yield and senior portfolio manager for AXA Investment Managers with responsibility for the short duration high yield strategy. Prior to AXA, Ms. Yobage was co-founder of Cardinal Capital Management; co-head of High Yield at Deltec Asset Management; and credit analyst at Kidder Peabody. Ms. Yobage holds a BA from Swarthmore College.
