Before that, he was co-manager of Thomas Paine Investors, a private fund that invested in small-cap stocks, and a senior equity analyst on NBD’s Woodward Opportunity Fund. Before that, he was an equity analyst and portfolio manager at Connecticut National Bank. Before pursing graduate studies, Dave was also an equity trader and money market portfolio manager. Dave has served for more than a decade as a director at Reading In Motion (formerly Whirlwind), which partners with teachers to improve urban children’s language and learning skills through the arts. He is also a general trustee of Knox College. Dave is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Chicago. He received a B.A. from Knox College and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Before that, he was an analyst with the Small Cap Value product at Gabelli Woodland Partners, a subsidiary of Gabelli Asset Management, for three years. Biography Glenn founded InView in 2003. He is Portfolio Manager for the Small Value Portfolio. Previously, he built highly successful Value practices and billion-dollar funds at two Chicago-based asset management firms. He was a Founding Partner in 1989 in Brinson Partners, Inc. (now UBS Global Asset Management, Americas Inc.) where he worked in the Private Markets (Venture Capital) and U.S. Equities Groups. He was co-manager of the Post-Venture Portfolio through 1996, an institutional Small Value portfolio that invested a portion of its assets in public stocks previously backed by venture capitalists ("Post-Venture stocks"). From 1997 through 2002 Glen founded and led the Value practice in the Investment Management Services group of William Blair & Company, LLC. He was Lead Manager of the Small Value portfolios and Value Discovery mutual fund. The mutual fund was a 5-Star Morningstar-rated fund and won Mutual Funds Best in Class Award for 2001. He was named a finalist for Morningstar Manager of the Year in 2002.
