LONDON, Jan 14 (Reuters) - Sales for both light and heavy
crude grades from West Africa proceeded slowly amid restricted
mobility in the West and slow demand from East Asia.

February remain to be sold, according to traders, with
preliminary programmes for exports in March expected imminently.
* Sonangol sold its three spot cargoes - Dalia, Girassol and
Olombendo - after cutting offer prices by about 50 cents
compared to late last week.
* Up to four of six Djeno cargoes also seek buyers after
China's Unipec purchased two cargoes late last week. Traders
expect sales at below dated Brent flat.
* South Africa's Sasol awarded a buy tender for crude for
February loading and early March delivery to Durban to a cargo
of Nigerian Forcados crude, though further details did not
emerge.
* India's IOC is running two tenders for crude loading on
March 1-10 and 4-13 set to close on Friday.
* The FPSO Abigail Joseph in Nigeria exported its first
crude cargo this week, though the buyer remained unclear.
