LONDON, Nov 10 (Reuters) - Offers for West African crude
were largely unchanged as December-loading cargoes sold out
steadily.
* India's IOC issued two new buy tender, one for crude
loading in mid-December and another in mid-January, set to close
on Thursday.
* At least four spot cargoes of Angolan crude remained
unsold.
* Offers for Congolese Djeno crude remained steady at a
little over dated Brent flat.
* Offers for heavy oil have sagged as a Chinese buying binge
began to abate about two weeks ago, and traders said favourable
COVID-19 vaccine news was yet to lift heavier oil offers
suitable for jet fuel.
* With volumes for such grades nearly sold out for December,
any renewed demand would be easier to gauge next month.
* Indonesia's Pertamina is running a rare tender to swap
crude, for which Nigerian grades are eligible, for Jan. 14-24
delivery in exchange for its own Banyu Urip crude. The tender
closes on Nov. 9 and remains valid until Wednesday.
