LONDON, Dec 31 (Reuters) - Traders said the market was slow
on Thursday owing to the annual slowdown around New Year's Eve
as crude desks close up their books.
* Nigeria's President Muhammadu Buhari signed into law a
13.6 trillion naira ($36 billion) budget for 2021 on Thursday.
* Perenco issued sell tenders for cargoes of Congolese Djeno
for Feb. 6-7 and Feb. 28 to March 1 and a cargo of Gabonese
Mandji loading Feb. 27-28.
* The Djeno tender closes Jan. 7 and the Mandji tender
closes Jan. 6.
* Angola's state firm Sonangol was offering an Olombendo
loading Feb. 15-16, a cargo each of Dalia and Girassol that are
already on offer at dated Brent plus $2.00 and $2.50 a barrel,
respectively.
