KALISPELL, Mont. - Glacier Bancorp , Inc. (NYSE: NYSE:GBCI), the parent company of Glacier Bank, announced today the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals to proceed with the acquisition of six Montana branch locations from HTLF Bank, a subsidiary of Heartland Financial USA, Inc.
