ELGIN, Scotland - Scottish housebuilder Springfield Properties plc (AIM:SPR) announced Friday the appointment of Alasdair Gardner as a non-executive director, effective following the company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 29.

Gardner, 59, brings over 35 years of banking and finance experience from his career at Lloyds Banking Group.
