Armstrong Calls Out Senator Warren For Anti-Crypto Stance

  • Crypto influencer BitBoy Crypto has called out Senator Elizabeth Warren for corrupt practices.
  • Armstrong indicated that Warren may be protecting the TradFi system that lines her pockets.
  • Warren’s take on building an anti-crypto army were widely criticized by the crypto community.

Ben Armstrong, better known as BitBoy Crypto, has taken aim at Elizabeth Warren, the Democratic Senator from Massachusetts. The crypto influencer called out Senator Warren for her corrupt practices and her widely known anti-crypto stance. Warren’s crackdown on crypto intensified last year following a series of bankruptcies and scandals in the industry.

In a recent video posted on Youtube, BitBoy Crypto described Elizabeth Warren as a politician who has made a career out of gaming the system on the backs of minorities for her own benefit. The influencer was referring to the controversial claims made by Warren about her Native American ancestry and heritage.

Armstrong questioned Senator Warren’s motivation for going after the crypto industry and indicated that she may be protecting the legacy TradFi system that has been lining her pockets through political contributions and PACs. The influencer also took issue with Warren’s agenda against wealthy individuals, despite herself being worth over $12 million.

BitBoy Crypto also listed several lies told by Elizabeth Warren about various topics, including her ancestry, political contributions, the events surrounding her parents’ marriage, and falsely claiming that her children attended public schools.

Armstrong also pointed out Senator Warren’s role in creating the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), which has been accused of overreaching its jurisdiction. The Democratic Senator made headlines in March 2023 when she announced that she was running for Senate in 2024 and that she was building an anti-crypto army.

The controversial announcement received widespread criticism from the crypto community, who accused Warren of taking a hostile stance against the crypto industry. As part of her anti-crypto agenda, Warren has repeatedly claimed that crypto is a tool for criminals to launder money.
