Bill Gross warns on gold momentum as regional bank stocks tumble
Investing.com -- Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus AB (ST:EMILb) on Wednesday reported robust growth in the third quarter of 2025, with a 32% increase in income and a 48% jump in profit from property management, prompting the company to raise its full-year profit forecast.
The Swedish commercial property company reported income of MSEK 228 for the third quarter, up from MSEK 173 in the same period last year. For the first nine months of 2025, income rose 31% YoY to MSEK 643. Profit from property management for the January-September period increased 43% to MSEK 303, with profit per ordinary share growing 29% to SEK 2.19.
Following the strong performance, Emilshus raised its 2025 profit from property management forecast to MSEK 410 from the previous estimate of MSEK 400 announced in its second quarter report.
CEO Jakob Fyrberg highlighted the company’s expansion in southern Sweden: "Emilshus is growing in southern Sweden and in our prioritized categories – light industry, industrial services and trade suppliers. During the third quarter, Emilshus accessed the bulk of the strategically important acquisition of 35 properties in western Skåne that was announced in April."
The company’s property portfolio value increased significantly during the quarter, with net investments totaling MSEK 1,264, of which MSEK 1,223 was for property transactions. Changes in investment property values positively impacted earnings by MSEK 76 in the third quarter.
Emilshus maintained a 95% occupancy rate and expanded its project portfolio to MSEK 157. The company also announced the acquisition of five properties in Norrköping within the light industry category for MSEK 240, with accession expected in November.
Operating cash flow for the third quarter increased 51% to MSEK 101, while the nine-month figure rose 48% to MSEK 278, reflecting the company’s continued profitable growth strategy combining local property management with strategic acquisitions.
