Company Outlook
Coming off a strong year in 2021, the Company has a plan for continued growth in 2022, including low-single-digit revenue growth despite the strengthening of the U.S. dollar and potential risk of approximately $100 million in Russia; mid-single-digit growth in operating profit to achieve adjusted operating profit margin of 16%, which is above prior guidance; and operating cash flow in the range of $700 million to $800 million.
