U.S. stock futures, Asian share markets and oil prices
slipped to multi-month lows on Monday on worries
intensifying Sino-U.S. tensions and Washington's new tariff
threats against Mexico could tip the global economy into a

Oil prices fell more than 1% on Monday, extending losses of
over 3% from Friday, when crude markets racked up their
biggest monthly losses in six months amid stalling demand
and as trade wars fanned fears of a global economic

SOUTH AFRICA MARKETS
South Africa's rand was set to end the month on a weaker
footing after domestic political concerns and the global
trade conflict hurt sentiment, while stocks traded
flat. OIL
Nigeria's Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has set
up an interim management team to oversee local oil company

The Kenyan shilling KES= was barely moved against the
dollar on Friday with inflows from diaspora remittances
closely matching demand for dollars from oil importers,
