FT Intermediate (FIGR) has filed for a proposed Nasdaq IPO.
The company describes itself as: "Figure is building the future of capital markets using blockchain-based technology. Figure’s proprietary technology powers next-generation lending, trading and investing activities in areas such as consumer credit and digital assets. Our application of the blockchain ledger allows us to better serve our end-customers, improve speed and efficiency, and enhance standardization and liquidity. As a result, Figure has grown quickly and profitably, with net income of $29 million and Adjusted EBITDA of $83 million, for the six months ended June 30, 2025, and accumulated deficit of $292 million and total stockholders’ equity of $404 million, as of June 30, 2025, and net income of $20 million and Adjusted EBITDA of $101 million, for the year ended December 31, 2024, and accumulated deficit of $321 million and total stockholders’ equity of $363 million, as of December 31, 2024."
