Ibotta, Inc. (IBTA), a leading technology company providing digital promotions and performance marketing solutions, announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,560,700 shares of its Class A common stock, 2,500,000 of which are being sold by Ibotta and 4,060,700 of which are being sold by certain selling stockholders, at a public offering price of $88.00 per share. In connection with the offering, the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 984,105 shares of Class A common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. Ibotta will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by the selling stockholders.
The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on April 18, 2024, under the symbol "IBTA.” The offering is expected to close on April 22, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Citigroup and BofA Securities are acting as joint lead book-running managers for the offering, with Evercore ISI, UBS Investment Bank and Wells Fargo Securities acting as joint book-running managers.
