The fund is co-managed by Halyard Asset Management, LLC. It invests in the fixed income markets of the United States. The fund primarily invests in U.S. Dollar-denominated investment grade debt securities including mortgage- or asset-backed securities that are rated Baa- or higher by Moody’s, or equivalently rated by S&P or Fitch, with a dollar-weighted average effective maturity of 0 to 2 years. It seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against the FTSE Treasury Bill 6 Month USD Index. Arrow Investments Trust - Arrow Reserve Capital Management ETF was formed on March 31, 2017 and is domiciled in the United States.
