As of December 6, 2013 BMO Base Metals Commodities Index ETF has gone out of business. BMO Base Metals Commodities Index ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by BMO Asset Management Inc. The fund invests in the commodity markets. It uses futures contracts to invest in base metals such as aluminum, copper, lead, nickel, and zinc. The fund also invests in money market securities. It seeks to replicate the performance of the S&P GSCI Base Metals Enhanced Capped Commodity Index CAD Hedged (Net), by investing in securities in the same proportion as per their weightings in the index. BMO Base Metals Commodities Index ETF was formed on January 24, 2011 and is domiciled in Canada.
