Xtrackers II - iBoxx Eurozone Government Bond Yield Plus Swap UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by Deutsche Asset Management S.A. The fund is managed by State Street Global Advisors Limited. It invests in fixed income markets of the Euro zone. The fund uses derivatives such as swaps to invest in fixed-rate, Euro-denominated government bonds with a maturity of at least one year. It invests in the investment grade securities that are rated as BBB- and above by S&P and Fitch and Baa3 and above by Moody’s. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the Markit iBoxx EUR Sovereigns Eurozone Yield Plus Index, by employing synthetic replication methodology. It was formerly known as db x-trackers II - iBoxx Sovereigns Eurozone Yield Plus UCITS ETF. Xtrackers II - iBoxx Eurozone Government Bond Yield Plus Swap UCITS ETF was formed on September 22, 2010 and is domiciled in Luxembourg.
