The fund is co-managed by Invesco Advisers, Inc. It invests in fixed income markets of global region. The fund invests directly and through derivatives in investment grade corporate debt obligations, government debt obligations, including U.S. Government securities, Mortgage-related securities, Asset-backed securities and Other debt obligations that are rated BBB- or higher by S&P Global Ratings, or Baa3 or higher by Moody’s Investors Service or the equivalent by another nationally recognized statistical rating organization.
