The fund invests in the public equity markets of Taiwan. It seeks to invest in the stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund invests in the stocks of large-cap and mid-cap companies. It seeks to replicate the performance of the MSCI Taiwan Index, by investing in the stocks of companies as per their weightings in the index. The fund was formerly known as HSBC ETFs Public Limited Company - HSBC MSCI Taiwan ETF. HSBC ETFs Public Limited Company - HSBC MSCI Taiwan UCITS ETF was formed on March 28, 2011 and is domiciled in Ireland.
