iShares, Inc. - iShares J.P. Morgan EM High Yield Bond ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by BlackRock, Inc. It is co-managed by BlackRock Fund Advisors and BlackRock International Limited. The fund invests in fixed income markets of global emerging region. It primarily invests directly and through derivatives in U.S. dollar-denominated, high yield fixed rate bonds issued by corporations, sovereignties, and quasi-sovereign corporations that are rated as BB+ and lower by S&P or Fitch, or Ba1 or lower by Moody’s. The fund invests in securities with a minimum of 2.5 years to maturity. The fund uses derivatives such as swaps, options and futures to create its portfolio. It seeks to track the performance of the J.P. Morgan USD Emerging Markets High Yield Bond Index, by using representative sampling technique. iShares, Inc. - iShares J.P. Morgan EM High Yield Bond ETF was formed on April 3, 2012 and is domiciled in the United States.
