It is co-managed by BlackRock Fund Advisors and BlackRock International Limited. The fund invests in fixed income markets across the globe, excluding the United States. It primarily invests in inflation-linked sovereign non-U.S. debt securities denominated in the domestic currency of the issuer that have at least a one year remaining term to final maturity. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the BofA Merrill Lynch Global ex-US Diversified Inflation-Linked Index, by using representative sampling methodology. It was formerly known as iShares Trust - iShares International Inflation-Linked Bond Fund. iShares Trust - iShares International Inflation-Linked Bond ETF was formed on May 18, 2011 and is domiciled in the United States.
