iShares MDAX UCITS ETF (DE) is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by BlackRock Asset Management Deutschland AG. It invests in the public equity markets of Germany. The fund seeks to invest in the stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors excluding technology sector. It invests in the stocks of mid-cap companies. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the MDAX Index, by investing in the stocks of companies as per their weightings in the index. It was formerly known as iShares MDAX (DE). iShares MDAX UCITS ETF (DE) was formed on April 19, 2001 and is domiciled in Germany.
