Xtrackers II - USD Asia ex Japan Corporate Bond UCITS ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by Deutsche Asset Management S.A. It is co-managed by Deutsche Asset Management Investment GmbH and Deutsche Asset Management (UK) Limited. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of Asia excluding Japan. It invests in the US dollar denominated, fixed-rate corporate bonds with maturity of more than 1.5 years. The fund invests in investment grade securities that are rated as at least BBB- by S&P and Fitch and at least Baa3 by Moody’s. It seeks to replicate the performance of the Markit iBoxx USD Liquid Asia ex-Japan Corporates Large Cap Investment Grade Index, by employing representative sampling methodology. The fund was formerly known as db x-trackers II - iBoxx USD Liquid Asia Ex-Japan Corporate Bond UCITS ETF (DR). Xtrackers II - USD Asia ex Japan Corporate Bond UCITS ETF was formed on September 2, 2016 and is domiciled in Luxembourg.
