Biography Mr. Briddell, Primary Portfolio Manager, is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of CSIM Investment Management LLC,whose predecessor firm he joined in 1993. Mr. Briddell has oversight responsibility for all of CenterSquare’s real estate investment advisory services including private real estate and public real estate securities across the United States, Europe and Asia. He also chairs the firm’s Management Committee and is a member of the BNY Mellon Investment Management Executive Committee and CenterSquare’s Private Real Estate Investment Committee. Mr. Briddell is the founder of CenterSquare’s listed real estate securities group, and since joining the firm in 1993 he has held positions in private real estate acquisitions, U.S. and Global REIT research and portfolio management. Mr. Briddell holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate. He is a member of NAREIT, the CFA Institute/Society of Philadelphia and PREA, where he was Co-Chair of the Green Building Committee.

Mr. Torres is currently an active member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and YPO/WPO International. Mr. Torres serves on the Board of Directors of Renova Therapeutics and Colovore LLC; Investment Committee for the Stern Grove Festival Foundation, as well as on the Northern California Advisory Board for City National Bank. Mr. Torres received a B.A. in Architecture and an M.B.A. from University of California, Berkeley.

Paul Gray Managing Partner 1997 2001
Biography Mr. Paul Gray serves as Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Orinda Asset Management. He brings over 25 years of investment experience to Orinda Asset Management. He is responsible for the Firm's research, investment strategy, investment process, and overall portfolio management of the real estate and income products. From June 2009 through February 2013, Mr. Gray served as a portfolio manager at Forward Management LLC managing three private hedge funds. From 1994 to June 2009, Mr. Gray, one of the co-founders, served as a portfolio manager and acted as co-chief investment officer for Kensington Investment Group, Inc. where he directed the firm's research and co-directed the investment strategy for the firm. Mr. Gray was instrumental in the development and portfolio management of five mutual funds investing primarily in real estate securities both domestically and internationally and one of the first mutual funds in the USA focusing on global infrastructure companies. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Gray was the founder and a partner of Golden State Financial Services, a mortgage brokerage firm. From 1987 to 1992, Mr. Gray worked for Liquidity Fund Investment Corporation where he served as the director of research for the National Real Estate Index where he was responsible for designing the methodology and systems used to track real estate values throughout the USA. Mr. Gray received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a dual emphasis in both Finance and Real Estate in 1988 from the Business School at the University of California at Berkeley.
John P. Kramer President 1997 2001
Biography Kramer is president of Kensington Investment Group and is involved in all aspects of the organization. Previously, he was an executive, vice president at Liquidity Fund Investment Corporation. Prior to joining Liquidity Fund in 1985, he was an associate with Townsend-Greenspan & Co. in New York City. He also served as an account executive at Sutro & Co., Inc. and Prudential-Bache Securities in San Francisco.
