Biography	Charlie Hebard is co-manager of each fund, which he has managed since April 2020. He also manages other funds. Since joining Fidelity Investments in 1999, Mr. Hebard has worked as a managing director of research and portfolio manager. Prior to joining Fidelity, Hebard was an assistant vice president for CiticorpSecurities Inc. in the Global Media and Communications division, from 1996 to 1997.

Biography	ONeill is the portfolio manager of Fidelity Management and Research. Since joining Fidelity Investments in 1995, he has worked as a research analyst and since 2001 and he has served as a portfolio manager for mutual funds and other accounts. ONeill left Fidelity briefly in April of 2005 to work as a portfolio manager for the Bank of Ireland. He returned to Fidelity in May of 2005 as a portfolio manager of mutual funds and separate accounts.
