Biography Moore is a manager for Jurika & Voyles. Prior to joining Jurika in 1998 he was a manager with the Orbitex Growth Fund. Before joining Orbitex, Moore held a position at Franklin in 1986 as a member of the management training program. He served as a co-portfolio manager of Franklin California Growth Fund and also assisted with the management of Franklin Small Cap Growth Fund. In addition, he managed the information systems within the portfolio research department at Franklin.
