Previously, he was a research associate in foreign policy studies at the Brookings Institution in Washington, D.C. Dr. Mattione earned his B.S. in Systems Science and Mathematics from Washington University and his Ph.D. in Economics from Harvard University.
Ann M. Spruill Head 1995 2008
Biography Ms. Spruill is the former Head of the International Active Division. Prior to joining GMO in 1990, she was a Member of the Investment Committee at The Fleet Financial Group and was a founding Partner of Falcon Investments, Ltd. a global equity management firm. Ms. Spruill earned her B.S. in Zoology from the University of Rhode Island and attended Boston University for a Ph.D. in Economics.
