Biography | Joseph F. Marvan, CFA, Senior Managing Director and Fixed Income Portfolio Manager of Wellington Management, has served as a portfolio manager of the Fund since 2012. Mr. Marvan joined Wellington Management as an investment professional in 2003. Joe is a fixed income portfolio manager and serves as chair of the US Broad Market Team. As chair, Joe is responsible for setting aggregate risk levels and investment strategy in Core Bond Plus, Core Bond, Intermediate Bond, and Long Bond portfolios. Prior to joining Wellington Management, Joe was a senior portfolio manager and head of US Fixed Income at State Street Global Advisors, working on a wide range of fixed income portfolios, including those concentrating on total return, mortgage-backed securities, non-dollar bonds, and investment grade credit (1996 – 2003). Prior to that, he worked at both The Boston Company and Shearson Lehman Brothers in Fixed Income Portfolio Management and Trading (1988 – 1996). Joe earned his MBA, magna cum laude, from Babson College (Olin, 2001) and his BS in finance from Ithaca College (1987). Biography | Campe Goodman, CFA, Senior Managing Director and Fixed Income Portfolio Manager of Wellington Management. Campe is a fixed income portfolio manager on the US Broad Market Team. Prior to joining Wellington Management in 2000, Campe spent four years at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology studying macroeconomics and finance in a doctoral program in economics. Biography | Mr. Luchsinger joined Barrow Hanley in 1997. He was appointed Co-Head of Fixed Income, along with Scott McDonald, in 2017. Mr. Luchsinger serves as a portfolio manager, specializing in investment grade and high yield corporate bond strategies and is the lead portfolio manager for our Core and Core Plus strategies. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Dallas-Fort Worth. During his 39-year investment career, Mr. Luchsinger has served as Chief Investment Officer for Great American Reserve Insurance Company. He began his career as a credit analyst at Scor Reinsurance Company. In addition, Mr. Luchsinger spent 10 years in fixed income sales at First Boston Corporation. Biography | Ms. Petruzzelli joined BHMS in 2003. She serves as our structured securities portfolio manager for mortgage-backed, asset-backed, and commercial mortgage-backed securities. She is also an analyst for structured securities. During her 34-year investment career, Ms. Petruzzelli has served as managing director/senior portfolio manager for Victory Capital Management, Inc., where she was responsible for the management of ABS, CMBS, and whole-loan sectors for all client portfolios. She also had an active role in that firm’s development of a core plus strategy, leveraging the firm’s convertible equity management strengths. Prior to joining Victory, Ms. Petruzzelli worked for McDonald & Company Securities, Inc., as senior vice president for ABS syndication and traded ABS, CMO, and MBS. She earned a BSBA in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University. | ||

Biography | Mr. Hardin joined BHMS in 1987. He serves as co-lead portfolio manager for our Intermediate and Short Maturity strategies. He also manages our municipal portfolios. Prior to joining BHMS, Mr. Hardin was vice president and director of the fixed income group in the trust department at RepublicBank Dallas. He was responsible for the management of all fixed income assets, created and managed SEC-registered mutual funds, and was the first portfolio manager for their high yield corporate bond fund. Mr. Hardin began his 42-year investment career at American General Insurance Co. in Houston, where he served as a private placement portfolio manager and credit analyst. He received an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics and a BBA from Texas Christian University. | ||

Biography | Mr. McDonald joined BHMS in 1995. He was appointed Co-Head of Fixed Income, along with Mark Luchsinger, in 2017. Mr. McDonald also serves as the lead portfolio manager for our Long Duration strategies, specializing in corporate and government bonds. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Dallas-Fort Worth. During his 30-year investment career, Mr. McDonald previously served as senior vice president and portfolio manager at Life Partners Group, Inc. Prior to that, he was a credit supervisor and lending officer for Chase Bank of Texas. Mr. McDonald received an MBA from the University of Texas and a BBA from Southern Methodist University. | ||

Biography | Mr. Williams joined BHMS in 1983 to launch fixed income management for our firm. He is responsible for risk management and he assists on MBS sector management. While at BHMS, Mr. Williams has served on the United Asset Management Board and the Advisory Board for the Teacher Retirement System of Texas. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Dallas-Fort Worth. During his 41-year investment career, he served as an investment officer for Southland Life Insurance Company, where he was a corporate bond portfolio manager and private placement analyst. Prior to that, he was a portfolio manager for taxable and tax-exempt fixed income, as well as equities, in the trust department at InterFirst Bank Dallas. Mr. Williams earned an MBA and a BBA, both with Honors, from Texas Christian University. | ||

Biography | Lucius T. (L.T.) Hill, Ill is Senior Vice President, Partner, and Fixed Income Portfolio Manager, and is involved in portfolio management and securities analysis. L.T. is a fixed income portfolio manager on the US Broad Market Team. He leads the specialist team responsible for the development of interest rate and yield curve strategies. He is also a long-standing member of the Corporate Bond Strategy Group. Prior to joining the Wellington Management Co LLP. in 1993, L.T. was a corporate bond trader at C.S First Boston Corporation (1986 — 1991) and a money market trader at Dean Witter Reynolds (1983 — 1986).
