Biography	At The Blackstone Group from January 1994 through June 1995, Mr. Holland was a General Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Blackstone Alternative Asset Management, where he supervised the management of the firm’s partnership investment fund. Prior to that, Mr. Holland served as Vice Chairman at Oppenheimer & Co., from March 1992 through January 1994, where he helped launch and manage a number of closed-end mutual funds. From 1989 to 1992, Mr. Holland was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Salomon Brothers Asset Management Inc. Before that he was President and Chief Executive Officer of First Boston Asset Management Corporation, where client assets grew to approximately $6 billion under his leadership. A graduate of Harvard College and Columbia University Graduate School of Business Administration, Mr. Holland began his career at J.P. Morgan & Co. in 1968.
