Biography	David Nadel is a Senior Portfolio Manager for the Global Equities team at Invesco. In this role, he is focused on international small- and mid-company strategies. Mr. Jennings has been a Senior Vice President since February 2006 and was a Vice President of OppenheimerFunds, Inc from September 1995 to January 2006. Before joining OppenheimerFunds in 1995, Frank was Managing Director of global equities for Paine Webber Mitchell Hutchins. At Paine Webber, he managed a global fund, a global growth and income fund, a global small-cap fund and a European growth fund. Prior to that, he was a Portfolio Manager with AIG Global Investors, a Senior International Economist for Prudential Insurance Company, and an Investment Strategist for Gulf and Occidental Investment Company in Geneva, Switzerland.

Biography	Randall Dishmon serves as portfolio manager of the Global Select Equity strategy. His previous positions at the firm included serving as co-manager of Global Multi Cap Growth strategy and senior research analyst for Global Equity strategy. Prior to joining the firm, Randall served for two years as a management consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton. He also served for four years as a manager with UtiliCorp United and for seven years as a vice president/division chief with KCI Technologies. Randall holds a B.S. in engineering from North Carolina State University, an M.S. in engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Biography	Wilby is senior vice president, senior investment officer, and portfolio manager with OppenheimerFunds, his employer since 1991. Previously, he was an international investment strategist at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. and managing director and portfolio manager at AIG Global Investors. He has also served as an international financial economist both at Northern Trust Bank and at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Wilby holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biography	Arthur P. Steinmetz is a portfolio manager and Vice President of Oppenheimerfunds. Mr. Steinmetz has been the Chief Investment Officer of the Manager since October 2010; Chief Investment Officer, Fixed-Income, of the Manager from April 2009 to October 2010; Executive Vice President of the Manager since October 2009; Director of Fixed Income of the Manager from January 2009 to April 2009 and a Senior Vice President of the Manager from March 1993 to September 2009. He is a portfolio manager of other portfolios in the OppenheimerFunds Complex.
