Biography	Chad Horning, CFA. is the chief investment officer for Everence Financial and a member of the company’s executive team. Prior to becoming a fund manager, he had been supporting portfolio management decisions as an equity analyst for Everence since early 1999. Mr. Horning holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Goshen College and a master’s degree in economics from the University of Maryland. Before joining Everence, he was an economic analyst for Devtech Systems, an international consulting firm in Washington, D.C.

Biography	Nussbaum began his investment career with MMA in 1988 as assistant equity manager. He served as the fund’s assistant manager at inception and became the co-manager in 2000. John is also co-manager of MMA’s other equity portfolios, which includes a pension fund, endowment funds, trust and charitable accounts, and the MMA Praxis Value Index Fund. Nussbaum holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
