He has 15 years of extensive industry experience, including portfolio management and quantitative analysis. Mr. Sanders earned his MBA in Business Administration at Washington University, and he graduated from the University of Missouri with a BSBA in Finance and Economics. In addition, he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago.

Biography	Mustafa, CFA, is chief investment officer for Principal Global Equities and responsible for overseeing portfolio management and research. He joined the firm in 2000 and has been in the financial services industry since 1991. Prior to his current role, he was a vice president and analyst for PNC Financial Services Group and an equity derivatives specialist for Salomon Brothers. He received a Ph.D. in finance and a MA in international economics from the University of South Florida. He received a bachelor's degree in electronics and engineering from Bogazici University of Turkey.

Biography	Mike serves as a portfolio manager for the Small Cap Equity strategy and is responsible for researching the technology and communication services sectors. Mike has 30 years of industry experience and joined Tributary Capital Management’s predecessor, First Investment Group, in 2005. Prior to joining Tributary, he worked for 11 years at Principal Global Investors in Des Moines, Iowa as an equity analyst and portfolio manager. Mike received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Masters of Business Administration from Drake University. Mike earned his CFA designation in 1997 and is a member of the CFA Society of Nebraska and the CFA Institute.
