Biography	Scott joined the team in July 2022. Scott is currently Co-Manager of the Global Sustainable Growth strategy and Lead Portfolio Manager of the Sustainable Growth & Income strategy in the Global & International Equities Team at Schroders. Scott has previously managed Institutional European ex-UK portfolios since 2017, and co-managed the Schroder ISF European Sustainable Equity fund since launch in late 2018, the Schroder ISF European Market Neutral fund from early 2021, the Schroder European Sustainable Equity ex UK fund from late 2021, and the Hartford Schroders Sustainable International Core fund since launch in 2022. Scott joined Schroders in 2015 as an investment analyst in the European Blend Team, initially responsible for the European Autos, Consumer and Leisure sectors, extending into Materials and Utilities & Renewables. His investment experience began at Neptune Investment Management in 2012, where he started a Research Analyst, responsible for Global Industrials, and then later as a Fund Manager, focusing on all-cap UK companies. He has an MA in Classics from Cambridge University and is a CFA charterholder

Biography	Martin Skanberg is a European Equity Fund Manager in Schroders European Blend team. He manages a range of Eurozone and Europe ex UK portfolios. Martin joined Schroders in 2004 as an industrials analyst, before taking on portfolio management responsibilities in 2006. His investment career commenced in 1994 when he joined SEB Asset Management. He was initially an investment analyst for Nordic industrials and basic materials before becoming their Head of European Research in 1999. Martin has also worked at American Express Asset Management as a senior investment analyst responsible for Industrials and Telecoms. Qualifications: MSc in Financial Economics from Stockholm School of Economics.

Biography	James Sym is a Fund Manager at Schroders, responsible for the Schroder European Alpha Income Fund, Schroder European Alpha Plus Fund and co-manager of Schroder International Selection Fund European Equity Focus. He joined Schroders in 2013 and is based in London. James was a Fund Manager at Cazenove Capital Management from 2007 to 2013, responsible for European portfolios which he continued to manage following Schroders acquisition of Cazenove in 2013. Qualifications: CFA Charterholder; BSc in Natural Sciences (Mineral Physics) and Management Studies from Cambridge University.

Biography	Chris Rice is Head of pan-European Equities, responsible for all aspects of pan-European equity strategy and portfolio construction. He graduated from the University of Salford with First Class Honours in Finance and Accounting, and holds an MPhil in Monetary Economics from Glasgow University. Chris is a Director of Cazenove Capital and has 22 years’ investment experience.
