LONDON, March 3 (Reuters) - Traders looked to several
tenders on Tuesday as spot demand remained lacklustre.
* Angola's state oil firm Sonangol lowered its offer levels
for its remaining two spot cargoes by 30 cents a barrel with
Cabinda loading April 23 now at dated Brent plus $3.20 and
Girassol at dated Brent plus $2.70.
* South Africa's Sasol issued a buy tender closing on
Wednesday.
* India's IOC issues a buy tender for cargoes loading May
1-10. Results are expected on Thursday.

* OPEC and its allies will consider making substantial oil
production cuts to lift prices as ministers began arriving for
talks in Vienna this week. The group known as OPEC+ is expected
to consider deepening its existing cuts by removing a further 1
million bpd.
