- Adidas and Bugatti have announced the launch of a limited-edition football boot.
- The auction for the boot will be conducted using crypto, but users can use MoonPay to use fiat as well.
- Adidas launched the “Indigo Herz Pack” collection as part of their Metaverse campaign back in April.
According to an announcement published by Adidas, the sportswear brand and Bugatti have collaborated to launch a “limited edition football boot crafted for maximum speed and style.” The X Crazyfast Bugatti boots, only available in 99 pairs globally, are exclusively purchasable via an auction conducted using cryptocurrency.
The auction will be hosted on the Adidas Collect Web 3 platform, scheduled from November 8 to 11. However, users can seamlessly participate with traditional currency through the MoonPay service. Additionally, there will be a limited release of just 99 pairs globally.
Following the auction, all winners will receive an exclusive digital shoebox. From November 13 onwards, they can redeem it through Adidas Collect to obtain both the physical pair and its digital twin.
In a recent tweet, Bugatti described the collection as a “carbon-fiber beauty, accentuated by striking design details, epitomizes the compelling fusion of BUGATTI’s performance with Adidas X franchise.”
