PSQ Holdings Inc. (PSQH), which operates PublicSquare, announced a partnership with IDX Advisors to launch cryptocurrency Treasury as a Service for businesses in its network. The service allows merchants to integrate cryptocurrencies and stablecoins into their operations while providing custody, trading, and yield-generating capabilities for digital assets.
PublicSquare will also implement IDX’s technology for its own digital treasury operations. The company stated that many merchants in its network have experienced pressure from traditional banks, including account closures and regulatory challenges.
IDX will provide outsourced Chief Investment Officer services for PublicSquare, led by Ben McMillan, Co-Founder and CIO of IDX. McMillan is scheduled to present details about the digital treasury service during the company’s analyst and investor day.
"The economy as we know it is shifting at lightning speed, and with this partnership, PublicSquare and IDX are positioned at the forefront of tomorrow’s financial revolution," said Michael Seifert, Chairman and CEO of PublicSquare.
The Treasury as a Service offering provides secure custody, crypto-to-fiat conversion, automated compliance, and yield generation on digital assets. The service operates without reliance on centralized intermediaries and aims to protect businesses from financial deplatforming.
PublicSquare hosted its virtual analyst and investor day on September 25, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. ET. The event was broadcast through the company’s investor relations website.
