Robinhood shares gain on Q2 beat, as user and crypto growth accelerate
707 Cayman Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: JEM) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering (the “Offering”) of an aggregate 2,500,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of $4.00 per share for total gross proceeds of $10.0 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and offering expenses. The Company is offering 1,750,000 ordinary shares and the selling shareholder is offering in aggregate 750,000 ordinary shares. The Company will not receive any proceeds from any sale of shares by the selling shareholder.
The shares are scheduled to begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on June 9, 2025, under the ticker symbol “JEM.” The Offering is expected to close on or about June 10, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
