Intel stock spikes after report of possible US government stake

Cisco Systems (CSCO) fell 2.2% after reporting in-line quarterly results and guidance. Cisco reported fourth quarter revenue of $14.7 billion and non-GAAP net income of $4.0 billion or $0.99 per share.
DLocal Limited (DLO) rose 14% after it beat quarterly estimates. Revenue for the quarter came in at $256.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $232.16 million.
Coherent, Inc. (COHR) fell 16% despite descent quarterly results, after guidance disappointing investors. It also announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Aerospace and Defense business to private equity firm Advent for $400 million.
Intuitive Machines (LUNR) fell 10% after it announced its intent to offer $250 million aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2030 in a private offering.
Ibotta (IBTA) plunged 24% after disappointing quarterly results and guidance. Ibotta, Inc. sees Q3 2025 revenue of $79-85 million, versus the consensus of $101.8 million.
