- Coherus BioSciences (NASDAQ:CHRS) surged 47% after announcing plans to divest its Udencya franchise to Intas Pharmaceuticals in a deal worth up to $558.4 million.
- Credo Technology (NASDAQ:CRDO) stock was up 33% after the communications equipment company's second-quarter earnings came in above expectations.
