The fund is co-managed by 21Shares US LLC and ARK Investment Management LLC. The fund invests in fixed income and currency markets of global region. For its fixed income portion, the fund invests in U.S. Treasuries and other U.S. government obligations, mortgage-backed securities issued or guaranteed by U.S. government agencies, municipal debt securities, sovereign debt obligations of non-U.S. countries. For its currency portion, it invests through derivatives such as bitcoin futures to create its portfolio.
