Bitwise Funds Trust - Bitwise Trendwise BTC/ETH and Treasuries Rotation Strategy ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Bitwise Investment Manager, LLC. The fund invests in fixed income and currency markets of the United States. For its fixed income portion, the fund invests in U.S. Treasury securities. For its currency portion, the fund invests in bitcoin and ether futures contracts. It uses derivatives such as futures to invest in bitcoin and ether. The Fund will invest in Bitcoin Futures and Ether Contracts through a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Fund organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands. It seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against the S&P 500 Index.Bitwise Funds Trust - Bitwise Trendwise BTC/ETH and Treasuries Rotation Strategy ETF was formed on September 29, 2023 and is domiciled in the United States.
