Calamos ETF Trust - Calamos Bitcoin Structured Alt Protection ETF - April is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Calamos Advisors LLC. The fund invests in the currency market. The fund takes long positions and uses derivatives such as FLexible EXchange Options each of which reference the price performance of either one or more of the iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF (IBIT), Grayscale Bitcoin Mini Trust ("BTC"), Bitwise Bitcoin ETF ("BITB"), Fidelity Wise Origin? Bitcoin Fund ("FBTC") and ARK 21 Shares Bitcoin ETF ("ARKB") (each an "Underlying ETP" and collectively, the "Underlying ETPs") or one or more indexes that are designed to track the price of bitcoin.
